Last Friday, 15th October, Prof. Dr. Pedro Sosa Henríquez, Professor of Botany and Secretary of i-UNAT, gave a lecture entitled “La palmera canaria (Phoenix canariensis): Biología, genética y etnografía del símbolo vegetal de Canarias” at the academic session of the Real Academia Canaria de Ciencias. The act took place at the Assembly Hall of the Sections of Math and Physics of the Sciences school of the University of La Laguna.
