“El mercado pesquero de Canarias. Guía del consumidor de pescado” appears at the surge framework of Mariscomac Project, and it is divided in four: La pesca artesanal, sus problemas y propuestas de soluciones (Traditional Fishing, its problems and suggestions solutions), El mercado pesquero en Canarias en 2019 y su impacto econ?mico (Fiching market at Canary on 2019 and its economic impact), y Atributos del producto acuícola local y guía del consumidor de pescado (Characteristics of Local aquaculture product and guide for the fish consumer).
At the publication much unpublished data are published, such as the volume of unloading of the Canary Islands traditional fishing and its contribution to the regional, composotion and contribution to the Canary Island fishing market (local and foreign products from aquaculture and fishing) and a matrix of attributes and signs (proximity, sustainability, quality, cultura heritage and socioeconomic aspects) to evaluate and recommend the comsuption of the most of products.
