From the news article: As part of the efforts to publicise and promote the institutes’ activities, the Vice-Rectorate for Communication and University Outreach organised and conducted interviews on Radio ULPGC with the directors of all the ULPGC institutes, in which they briefly explained the structure, organisation and areas of activity of each institute.

On 23 and 24 October, the First National Meeting of University Institutes for Research in Environmental Sciences and Related Fields was held in Zaragoza, promoted by the University Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences of Aragon (IUCA). The director, Prof. Dr. José Juan Santana Rodríguez, attended the meeting as a representative of i-UNAT.
